Special wall and window treatments, upgraded floor coverings, softscape and hardscape landscaping, and other items featured in or around the model home are decorator items and not included in the purchase price.
Renderings, floor plans, and maps are artist’s conception only and are not intended to be an exact depiction of the homes, fencing, walks, driveways, or landscaping. Square footages are approximate. Window and porch locations and sizes may vary by elevation. Variations in floor plans and elevations do exist.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Optional features may be included at an additional cost.
Culver District 16 residents automatically become members of the Culver District 16 Maintenance Association, which maintains common areas and ensures architectural standards. Please contact a salesperson for further details.
